Terms and Conditions
General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through our online shop Bloomarkt.de by consumers (§ 13 BGB - German Civil Code).

3. Conclusion of Contract
The product displays in the online shop do not constitute a legally binding offer, but an non-binding online catalog. By clicking the button "Buy now", you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent by e-mail immediately after the order has been submitted. The purchase contract is concluded upon shipment of the goods or an explicit order confirmation.
4. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are inclusive of statutory VAT (where applicable) and exclude shipping costs. Shipping costs are clearly displayed during the order process.
5. Payment
Depending on the country, various payment methods are available in our shop, e.g. advance payment, PayPal, credit card, or Klarna. We reserve the right to exclude certain payment methods in individual cases.
6. Delivery
Delivery will be made within the period specified in the product description. If not all ordered products are in stock, we reserve the right to make partial deliveries, provided this is reasonable for you.
7. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
8. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details can be found in our cancellation policy.
9. Warranty
The statutory liability for defects applies. For used goods, the warranty period may be limited to one year from delivery.
10. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. In the case of slight negligence, we are only liable for the breach of an essential contractual obligation, but limited in amount to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.
11. Dispute Resolution
The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR platform): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We are not obliged nor willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
12. Final Provisions
The law of the United Kingdom applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection regulations of the country in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected.
